Week 7 .

Craft:

In the image with the restaurant, I put the camera on the flower position to capture the image up close.

Concept:

No one likes to wait in lines at the drive through at a restaurant, so my hyper reality is to have the Krusty Krab in the sky, along with a car. The way to have them in the air, is by floating with balloons in the sky. Spongebob and other characters will represent customers attending that restaurant, but will eventually be put in the car or around the car.

Composition:

I'm taking the sky picture with ground in the bottom to represent that this restaurant was different from everything else, that this was reachable only to the few, leaving lines virtually short.

week 6 .

Craft:

Learning a new technique on photoshop , I added a background color and a black box with a title. Choosing the perfect color was easy with the previous learned tools such as saturation and contrast. The images we're also put in the middle or towards the top of the image to make the bottom, bottom heavy. Also, we used another previously learned technique, stroke, around the entire border.

Concept:

The entire ten steps in how to plant a flower.

Composition:

The black and white photos with one color photo, I chose a dark green color, to make the blue in the water jug pop. Than in the entire color piece, I used a neutral brown color so the emphasis remains on the photos.

Week 5 .

Craft:
Using Photo shop, I resized my images and formatted them in two rows. I learned that you can resize more than one layer at a time by clicking and draging over all the desired images.

Concept:

These images visually show how to plant a flower in ten steps.

Composition:

Functionally, I placed five images on top and five images on the bottom. I enlarged the 5th step showing that opening seeds was important in planting a flower, more so than the final or first step. I arranged them closely leaving a little space in between to achieve a consistant pattern.

Formally, I need to make corrections because although my images were in two rows, I did not correctly size them and left uneven, unwanted gaps. Once corrected, they will look clean and organzied.

Week 4

Craft:

First of all, you must capture a process in ten digital photos; I chose planting a flower. After opening photo shop, you must upload each individual photo, choosing the exact pixels you want shown. Afterwards, file transform each layer to the appropriate size. Then move around the images in order because you only have a 17x11 paper.

Concept:

To visually show the ten steps in how to plant a flower, starting from step one all the way to step ten.

Composition:

I laid the ten steps in a particular way, around the top I used steps one through five, making them a little smaller than the original. Than around the right handed side, i used step six through nine. In the left over area I used, I placed step 10, which was the largest picture. Your eye begins in the left and reads to the right, than downwards.
